Choose a payment method

You get the right payment instructions. New customers are approved by a team member first.

We send to your wallet and share the transaction ID in the ticket and by DM.

  • Limits per order, per day and per customer.
  • Orders without payment expire after 30 minutes.
  • We never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
  • Staff never ask for money by DM. Only pay to the details in your ticket.

Guides and explainers

What is a wallet address?

A wallet address is like an account number for crypto. You share it to receive crypto. The address itself is not secret, but your private key and seed phrase are: never share those with anyone, including us.

Which network should I choose?

Each coin runs on its own network. For USDT we use TRON (TRC20), and that address starts with a T. An address from another network, such as a 0x address for Ethereum, cannot be used. Crypto sent to the wrong network usually cannot be recovered.

How do I check my transaction?

Paste the transaction ID (TXID) from your ticket into a block explorer for the right network. There you can see the amount, the receiving address and the number of confirmations. It is final once it has enough confirmations.

How do I spot scammers?

Be wary of anyone who contacts you by DM, rushes you or asks you to pay outside your ticket. Real staff speak in the ticket and carry the team role. If in doubt, ask in the ticket.

What does a flat fee mean?

The fee is a percentage of the amount you pay. Network costs are included. You see up front how much goes to crypto and roughly how much you receive.
